Wedding invitations and save-the-dates
Count invitations by the households receiving them, then allow for any additional copies you want to keep. Decide which pieces belong together: the invitation, a reply card and a details insert may have different sizes. If you already have envelopes, give us their size before finalizing the invitation dimensions.
Graduations, birthdays and other celebrations
An invitation needs the event, date, time, location and a clear way to reply. Read those details separately from the design so a small typo does not get overlooked. For graduation announcements or several event versions, label each document and specify the quantity for each one.
Check the final document carefully
Review names, addresses and dates at the actual printed size. Confirm that small text is readable and that images are not stretched or blurry. Tell us about any desired paper or finish; we’ll confirm which options fit the project rather than asking you to make every choice before contacting us.
