Announcements and customer reminders
Use the front for one clear message and the other side for supporting details or the next action. A date, phone number or website should be easy to find. If the card includes a coupon, make the terms and expiry date readable rather than hiding them in tiny text.
Plan the mailing side before printing
If you intend to mail the cards, tell us before finalizing the layout. Confirm the size, address area and postal requirements with the mailing provider you will use. A printing quote does not automatically include postage, mailing lists, addressing or distribution; those arrangements need to be clear before production.
Use a document that fits the finished card
Choose the finished dimensions first and check both sides at that size. Keep important details away from the trim edge and test any QR code on a printed sample. For multiple offers or versions, identify the quantity for each and make sure the documents have distinct names.
