Event and storefront posters
A poster should communicate from the distance where people will see it. Lead with the event or message, then the date, place and next step. Check the display space before choosing the dimensions, particularly if you already have a frame. Window graphics need the glass dimensions and details about which side will be viewed.
Research and presentation posters
For a research poster, use the organizer’s required dimensions before exporting the document. Keep charts, labels and captions readable at the final size, and supply the original-resolution images. Send the required date and any display requirements; we’ll confirm whether the requested size and material are suitable for production.
Plan for the display location
Tell us whether the sign is indoors or outdoors, how long it will be used and how you expect to mount it. Those details affect the material discussion. Printing a sign does not automatically include a frame, mounting hardware or installation; ask us to confirm exactly what is included in the quote.

Can you enlarge a small image into a poster?
Enlarging a low-resolution image can make it look soft. Send the best original document you have and the desired size so we can discuss whether it is suitable.
