Reports and presentations
Start with the final page count, including any cover, contents page and appendices. Check tables and charts at the intended printed size. If some pages need color while others are text only, point that out in your request. Explain how many complete sets you need and whether readers will take them away or use them during a meeting.
Training manuals and handbooks
A reference document may be opened repeatedly and written in during training. Tell us how it will be used so we can discuss suitable finishing. Keep margins clear near the binding edge and make sure section headings and page numbers match the contents list. For recurring training, identify the version date on the document.
Send pages in reading order
Export a PDF with the pages in the order a reader should see them. Do not rearrange pages into printer spreads unless we specifically request it. If covers, inserts or blank pages are intentional, mention them. We’ll confirm any adjustments needed for the selected booklet format.

Can you print a short run of a book or magazine?
Send the page count, dimensions, quantity and intended use. We’ll review the project and confirm what we can produce; specialist publishing and fulfilment are not included in a print enquiry.
